• Laundry will be available but at an attendee's own expense

• We will be staying in a hotel so feel free to bring extra pillows or blankets at your own regard.

• Umbrella (in case of weather)

• Cowboy/Western attire

• Something to sit on during optional outdoor entertainment (e.g. towel, sheet, blanket)

• Closing ceremony/dance social will be semi-formal, so it is ENCOURAGED to wear semi-formal, but not required!
