The Conference Team and Regional Board are working to continue to lower costs but they will not be any greater then the above cost.
Below are the registration forms. The Institutional Registration form should be filled out by the Advisor with the help of the NCC. Every delegate must fill out the Delegate Registration form

Friday

Check in will be from noon to 4:00pm

Regional business will start on Friday night.

Saturday
-
Expect regional business to continue as well as breakout boardrooms during the day.

The conference staff is planning some fun entertainment for everyone Saturday night

Sunday

No agenda, teams can leave after they get up. Hotel checkout time is 11:00 am

Award Bid Intents
Please see the following memo if you are interested submitting and award Bid.

Friday, January 19th @11:59 p.m. CST: Bid Intents are due for all bids
Friday, February 2nd @11:59 p.m. CST: Bids due for initial policy check
Wednesday, February 7th by 5:00 p.m.: Bids returned to institutions with the policy feedback.
Friday, February 16th @11:59 p.m. CST: Bids due for final policy check
Monday, February 19th by 5:00 p.m. CST: Bids returned to institutions with policy decisions. Institutions must contact COBN or Regional Director within 48 hours if there are questions or concerns regarding bid decisions.
Wednesday, February 21st by 5:00 p.m. CST: Bids released to the region for review along with Bid spreadsheets
Monday, February 26th @11:59 p.m. CST: Bid spreadsheets due for all universities for RBD to approve.
Wednesday, February 28th @5:00 p.m. CST: Bid spreadsheets returned to the region with feedback if needed
