Each year, SWACURH hosts a Regional Leadership and Business Conference where institutions have the opportunity to gain leadership development training, networking, programming skills, and more while also achieving a better understanding of Residential Leadership and NRHH. Representatives from each school also have the ability to attend boardroom sessions where they will discuss regional business, bidding awards, and legislation submitted for its respective conference.
