NACURH Governing Documents

As an affiliate of the National Association of College and University Residence Halls (NACURH), SWACURH is bound by NACURH's guidelines for affiliate entities. These include the following:

NACURH Policy Book: The NACURH Policy Book includes information on the association's purpose, governance, elections, task forces, affiliation, conferences, award policies, finances, resolutions, and new developments.
NACURH Bylaws: The NACURH Bylaws provide instruction and policies regarding membership, governance, officer duties, eligibility, meetings, legislation, and the powers of the NACURH Board of Directors (NBD).
NACURH NRHH Policy Book: The NACURH NRHH Policy Book includes NRHH-specific policies, including information on NRHH board members, recognition, membership guidelines, and more.
NACURH NRHH Bylaws: The NACURH NRHH Bylaws contain information on NRHH-specific policies regarding chapter affiliation, governing documents, duties of NRHH Representatives, powers of the NACURH NRHH Board of Directors (NNBD), and legislation.

SWACURH Governing Documents

In addition to NACURH's guidelines, SWACURH is governed by additional documents to ensure success in pursuing our goals of promoting service, recognition, leadership, advocacy, and community at each of our member institutions. These include the following:

SWACURH Policy Book: The SWACURH Policy Book contains information on the region's purpose, operating procedures, financial procedures, duties of the Regional Board of Directors (RBD), conference operating procedures, and award criteria protocols.
SWACURH Bylaws: The SWACURH Bylaws contain information on regional membership, RBD election procedures, NCC and NRHH expectations, and other standard policies.
