Fall 2025 Regional Leadership Conference

This year, we are very excited to officially welcome the region to Lakeview Camp and Retreat Center in Waxahachie, Texas, from November 21 - November 23. This conference, themed around "Camp SWACURH," will grant our member institutions a weekend of professional development, leadership, philanthropy, camaraderie, and more!

Conference Registration

We ask that institutions register through the following processes: 

  • Complete the institution registration form

    • This should be completed either by your institution's National Communications Coordinator (NCC) or your institution's advisor. 

    • This is due by November 9th - late registration will occur until November 16th at a $10 fee per delegate. 

  • Complete the delegation registration form 

    • This form should be completed by every delegate from your institution.

Conference Involvement 

Interested in getting involved at the Regional Leadership Conference? We have several opportunities for your institution to increase its spirit points count listed below. You can find our spirit points guideline listed here and our running total of institutional spirit points (updated on a regular basis) here. Please contact Kaitlyn Marsh at sw_marketing@nacurh.org with any concerns regarding your institution's spirit point count.

Ways to increase your spirit points include:

  • Registering to lead an educational session (application linked here) 

  • Social media engagement 

    • Outlines are listed in the spirit points guideline here

    • Please note that you must tag @swacurh and @sw_conf in all posts to get credit.

  • Participating in regional philanthropy efforts
