What Are Bids?

Bids are opportunities to gain recognition at the regional and national level. Bids are filed on an institutional level and are awarded to deserving programs, individuals, and chapters at regional and annual conferences. For more details on bid requirements, keep up to date with our soon-to-arrive RLC Bidding Page, and contact our Coordinating Officer for Bidding and NCC Support (COBN), Raiyne Brant, at sw_bidding@nacurh.org with any questions.

Bidding Vault

While guides are always nice, sometimes the best way to learn how to do something is to look at an example - and we have several examples of submitted bids for your institution to view here. Please note that available awards depend on the type of conference your institution is attending; there are different categories available for the Regional Leadership Conference (RLC) in the fall versus the Regional Business Conference (RBC) in the spring. We're excited to be able to offer this form of recognition for our affiliated institutions, and look forward to reading your bids very soon!
